The accommodation had a beautiful view of the lake and the room was spacious. the staff was welcoming and helpful, offering complimentary drinks and fruits. the room provided a good night's sleep despite the heavy construction happening next door.
The check-in process was confusing and the reception area was not well-maintained, with smoking allowed inside the reception.

Room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the lake. the staff offered hot tea and fresh fruits which was a thoughtful touch. the location was convenient, close to the city center and easy to get around.
The check-in process was confusing and the reception area was not clean with people smoking inside. There was heavy construction nearby which went on until midnight, making it hard to get any sleep.

During my New Year stay, I was completely thrilled with the beautiful views that I was able to enjoy from my room. The location is also incredible, with plenty of food options and attractions nearby. I particularly enjoyed the helpfulness of the staff, who welcomed me upon arrival with hot tea and fresh fruits. It was a wonderful touch that made me feel at home.
While my stay at the hotel was lovely, there were a few things that could be improved. The check-in process was a bit confusing, and it took some time to find the reception area.
